Trip Info

We all love a good glass of wine but how do you find the one that you like the most? You like a good white Portuguese? Or maybe an Italian red Chianti? A Californian wine or Argentinean, maybe a Spanish or a French champagne? Maybe an Italian prosecco? Well they are all good and you should try them all , but how much do you know about the Romanian wines? Have you ever tried one? That’s ok , the wait is over.

Come and join us in one of the most interesting experiences ever with wine and cheese tasting on Prahova Valley in Azuga, Romania’s oldest champagne winery. At this place, they still make the wine just like 150 years ago, using the exact same process and the whole process of the wine making is hand made using nothing else but the good old fashion gravity.

Azuga Rhein winery was for almost 100 years , together with Segarcea in Oltenia , the wine suppliers of the Romanian Royal family. In 1993, it was bought by an English company and in a very short time became world’s 4th champagne producer.

On top of everything the scenery is absolutely amazing and a trip in the heart of the mountains will fill your heart with joy .
