Join us on a day tour from Cambridge to Windsor & Oxford, and visit the 900 year old home of British royalty, and one of the most prestigious university cities in the world! Learn of each city’s heritage and history, which gave them the importance they carry to this day!

Windsor is a beautiful town, located opposite Eton, on the banks of the River Thames. Visit the worlds largest occupied castle, which is an official residence of the Queen. Historically, Windsor Castle was a fortified stronghold. Today, it is a royal palace. Visit St. George’s Chapel, which houses the tombs of previous kings and queens.

Oxford is known for its University. Observe how it dominates the city skyline. While exploring this university city, visit the Sheldonian Theater, the Radcliffe Camera, and the Bodleian library, the oldest library in the United Kingdom. With several other libraries and museums in the city, you will leave this tour feeling like a scholar!

We will depart Cambridge, and explore Windsor on a 75 minute walking tour, before having time to explore the castle on your own. We will then depart for Oxford, where you will enjoy a 1 hour guided tour of the University district. Afterwards, you will have time to explore at your leisure. We will return to Cambridge for 8:00 pm.
