Trip Info

This whale watching nature tour will take you through some of the world’s most breathtaking scenery. You will discover the Haro Strait, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Race Rocks Ecological Reserve or the San Juan Islands. You will be viewing from the Marauder IV, an ocean cruiser.

Leaving the harbour in Victoria, it will be a perfect opportunity for photographs of the region and its aquatic residents. Your guide will discuss the ecology of this environment.

During the three-hour tour, you will have the chance to see dolphins, porpoise, harbour seals, bald eagles, river otters, stellar and California sea lions. Keep an eye out for majestic bald eagles resting on rocky outcroppings to squawking seagulls in their Discovery Island nesting sites.

The stars of the show will certainly make an appearance. We will highlight the most commonly seen whales such as Orcas, Humpbacks and Minke. You may also spot a Gray whale.

Your adventure awaits!
