In 2013, it celebrated its 850th anniversary.

Further our path lies in the Latin Quarter on the Left Bank. Roman arena, baths, medieval Cluny Museum, the Sorbonne, the Pantheon, the Luxembourg Gardens – it’s all here. Further, through the Saint-Sulpice we get to Saint-Germain des Pres and wander through the streets, where once roared one of the richest fairs of medieval Paris. Now – here there are boutiques, antique dealers, book shops and many cafes and restaurants.

Then we move to the right bank of the Seine on the Pont des Arts and admire the ensemble of the Louvre. Then dive to the north in the gardens of the Palais Royal, and then turn to the east and one block to get to City Hall.
