Experience the wonderful benefits for body, mind and spirit learning about the popular practice of Shinrin-yoku (also known as Forest Bathing)! Robert Kirk Fliegel, your guide will guide you into pristine forest environments to show this easy meditative technique to immerse all your senses in nature. Recent documented benefits are amazing. We have lost our vital connection to”our home” which is nature which we are a part of.
