On this private tour, you will see some of the most beautiful wonders of the region and learn about the local culture, heritage and traditions. You will be picked up from your hotel in Marrakech in the morning and cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass to reach to Ait Benhaddou village. This fortified Ksar has beautiful Kasbahs. Ait Benhaddou has served as a natural scenery for many movies producers. After lunch, we will head to Dades via Ouarzazate, a palm grove of Skoura and Valleyy of Roses, where we will spend the first night.
In the morning, we depart after breakfast to visit Dades Gorges, taking the road of 1000 Kasbahs and drive around the colorful Berber villages of the Dades Valley to get to Tineghir with beautiful palm groves. We will continue to the Gorge of Todgha , where we go on a trek along the canyons, a preferred place of mountain climbers. Afterwards, we will head to Erg Chebbi dunes in MErzouga Sahara Desert and you will have time for lunch on the way. Once you arrive to the dunes of Erg Chebbi, you will take a camel ride to watch the sunset and to get to the camp in the oasis. Spend the night in the bivouac at Merzouga Sahara dunes under nomadic tents or outside under the shooting stars. You can also play drums with the camel drivers.
After breakfast, you will make the large turn of the dunes while passing by the wandering deposit, the village of Khamlia mines of Mifiss, the plates desert with the meeting of the Berber nomads of the desert, oasis Tissardmin and return to the hotel.
The next day, we drive to Ouarzazate via Rissani, where you can stop and visit its traditional Souk which is considered the largest in southern Morocco. We continue on through the beautiful Draa valley with its millions of palm trees. In the evening, arrive at Ouarzazate and check into hotel.
On the morning, we transfer to Ait benhaddou village and visit the World Heritage Site, one of Morocco’s most spectacular Ksours, fortified villages. Continue to Marrakech with a detour to the traditional High Atlas Berber village and crossing the high Atlas mountain.
