Get ready for a journey full of fun and surprises! This private tour will take you to the most beautiful areas of this country.

Upon arrival in Johannesburg, you will be transferred to the Arcadia Hotel in the center of Pretoria. In the morning, enjoy a city tour of the Pretoria area, such as the Voortrekker Monument and Kruger House. We will leave for Pilgrim’s Rest, a former mining village and overnight stay at Graskop Hotel in Graskop.

The next day, we travel the panoramic route of Bourke’s Luck Potholes, Blyde River Canyon and beautiful vistas. The next two nights will be spent at Timbavati Safari Lodge near Hoedspruit. Day four will feature a safari game drive through Kruger Park to see the Big Five and other game.

In the morning, we leave early to travel through the Kruger Park to Hazyview, where we stay in the Sanbonani Resort. Another early start on day six will see us travel for border post Jeppe’s Reef and after a visit to the famous glassworks Ngwenya, we drive to Hawane Lodge near the capital of Swaziland, Mbabane.

Today’s route takes us back to South Africa through a tour of Mbabane and a visit to a Swazi market. We stay for two nights at the Ezulwini Game Lodge near the famous Hluhluwe Wildlife Park. Enjoy a morning game drive safari and in the afternoon, a boat trip on the St. Lucia lagoon includes hippos and crocodiles.
In the morning, we travel to the Drakensberg via Durban with a night stay in the Drakensberg Gardens Resort. Day 10 gives you a choice of activities around the hotel or an adventurous trip with a 4×4 car to Lesotho via the Sani Pass. The next morning, we depart south through the Transkei homeland of the Xhosa tribe and birthplace of Nelson Mandela. Spend two nights in Stutterheim Eagles Rest.

A day of relaxation and walking exploration of the area is on the day’s plan. We will travel the next day to historic cities to arrive at Port Elizabeth, with a visit to Addo Elephant Park. We sleep in the Kelway Hotel in Port Elizabeth.

The next morning, we venture along the Garden Route to Knysna. On the way, we visit Plettenberg Bay where we can make a boat trip to see whales. Enjoy an overnight stay in Lagoona Inn Knysna.

We leave to Oudtshoorn for a visit to the magnificent Cango Caves and an ostrich farm. Also, we will visit the Cango Wildlife Ranch shelter for wild animals, including cheetahs, among others. We sleep in the Stonebreaker Lodge.

Enjoy the famous Route 62 through the Klein Karoo, via Montagu and Worcester over several mountain passes. We stay in Cape Town at the Lady Hamilton Hotel in the city center. We will have a day tour around Cape Town and Table Mountain and a visit to the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront.

The next day will see us travel around the Cape Peninsula and visit Hout Bay, Cape of Good Hope and see the penguins at Boulders. Before your flight the next day, we taste wines on the wine trail around Stellenbosch.
