Trip Info

Unravel the rich tapestry of Seville Spain and it’s  history with a tour that explores its most significant monuments and buildings. From the exquisite confines of the Royal Palace (a World Heritage Site), to the ancient Jewish quarter, and the tomb of Christopher Columbus—the story of Seville will unfold. The tours lasts about 2 ½ hours.

Begin at the fortified Royal Palace, the Alcázar. View decorative tiles, note the evolving architectural styles, and learn how each monarch embellished this opulent palace. Discover the legends of the king Peter the First, the one who decided to mix different styles on his palace. Enjoy shady relief offered in the ornate gardens and sense Seville’s history unfold throughout this majestic complex.

Continue on to the old Jewish quarter, Santa Cruz, and plot your way through the labyrinth of tiny alleys. The Barrio de Santa Cruz, the old Jewish quarter of the city is a maze of narrow streets, tiny squares filled with orange trees, balconies decorated with flowers and ceramics, to interior patios of the houses where the temperature in summer drops at least three degrees!

Finally,  Here you will marvel at its huge alter, its collection of art work from prestigious artists as Zurbaran, Murillo or Goya, and also view the tomb of Christopher Columbus. It was built on the top of the ancient 12th Century mosque, from which still stands the former minaret, the Giralda. Go up the tower and feel our city in your hands!
