With their rugged trails, varied and picturesque scenery, lofty passes, non-technical peaks and the guarantee of a cheerful welcome from the Berber people, Morocco’s Atlas Mountains are the perfect choice for a trekking holiday. Offering a completely different experience to the other mountains, the Atlas range of mountains is the largest in all Africa.
Upon arrival in Imlil, you will be met by your guide as per prearranged instructions. Spend three days trekking through the region with magnificent and breath-taking views. You will also be immersed in the local culture.
Characterized by steep sided valleys and rocky peaks, we discover the wasteland of Morocco’s mountains, stay with the hardy and hospitable Berber people and challenge an ascent of Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa. Mules carry our food, equipment and personal gear.
