Trip Info

Tivoli is a small town about an hour’s drive outside of Rome. Despite its small size, Tivoli boasts of two UNESCO world heritage sites: Hadrian’s Villa and Villa d’Este.

Hadrian was one of the best emperors and one of the greatest architectural geniuses of his time. Along with master minding the Pantheon, Hadrian built himself a truly marvelous villa in Tivoli.

Nowhere is the natural beauty of Tivoli demonstrated as it is in Villa d’Este. Along with the monuments at Hadrian’s villa we will admire the gardens and the stupendous natural and man-made waterfalls of Villa d’Este, exhibiting the elegant combination of spontaneous and orchestrated beauty that makes Tivoli famous.

We’ll pick you up in a car and drop you off at the end of the day at your hotel or wherever you prefer in Rome. You can choose to visit only one site, though we recommend you see both of these unforgettable treasures. The price includes all transportation costs.
