Your tour begins at Shiraz with a visit to gardens and tombs of poets such as the Eram Garden and the Hafez Tomb. After lunch, we will explore the Zand Complex including the Fortress, Vakil Mosque and Bazaar.
After breakfast, Persepolis is our main focus, as you will discover the formal Persian Empire capital, dating back to 518 B.C. Another stop is the Naqsh-e-Rostam where several Persian kings are buried.
In the morning, we will drive to Zein Al Din caravansary. Located in the heart of the desert, this 17th century location will give you a unique look at the era, as you will be staying in old caravans.
You will be given some free time to explore Caravansary before driving to Yazd, the oldest adobe city of the world. We will see the Towers of Silence, the Fire Temple and the Jame Mosque. Enjoy a walk through the old district.
In the early morning, we will continue to Isfahan for the next three days. It is one of the most beautiful cities of Persia. Along the way, we will stop at Nain to see the third oldest mosque of Iran. Upon arrival in Isfahan, we will make our way to see some of the old historical bridges such as the Khaju An Sio Se on the Zayande River.
After breakfast, we will have a city tour beginning at the Royal Square of Naqsh-e-Jahan. We will visit the Aali Qapu palace, Royal Mosque and Sheikh Lotf Allah Mosque.
The next day visit the Jame Mosque which as been deemed as a World Heritage Site. We will also explore the Armenian Quarter and beautiful churches as well as the Chehel Sotoon Palace.
You will be transported to the airport to catch your flight home in the morning.
