Taste and Smell of Istanbul is an 8-hour tour for the foodie adventurer! The tour starts at Constantine’s Column and then proceeds on a walk to the historical Golden Horn, passing through the winding, narrow, ancient streets. You will pass by the world famous Grand Bazaar, the Egyptian or Spice Bazaar, and the Rustempasa Mosque. When you reach the Golden Horn, you will take a ride on a ferry to the Asian side of Istanbul. From there, you will explore the district on foot and walk through the local markets trying different foods that Istanbul offers. You can enjoy your lunch in one of the local restaurants while you’re there!
After lunch, you will catch another ferry back to the European side to Besiktas where you will board a shared taxi to Taksim Square. Here, you will follow the famous Istiklal Street and admire the beautiful Baroque architecture and many delightful shops and local cafes. You will then walk through Asmali Mescid, Tunel, Galata and eventually find your way back to Karakoy.
