Make the most of your layover in Cairo! Take in the Pyramids of Giza and the Egyptian Museum. You will find our tour guide holding a sign with your name then you will head to Giza pyramids – the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus with 6 small queens pyramids. Then proceed to visit the Great Sphinx with the face of a king and body of a lion, the tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramids of Chephren where they mummified their dead. Then an optional stop for lunch.

Then we will move on to tour the Egyptian Museum which features artifacts from the Pharaonic period. The Egyptian museum displays a rare collection of 5,000 years of art which is considered the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world, as well as Tutankhamen’s personal collection of treasure, gold and jewelry which was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before it was discovered in the 1920′s when his tomb was excavated. The mask is 11 KG, his coffin 110 KG of pyre solid gold.
