Trip Info

At the end of the afternoon you will be picked up from your accommodation and after a nice ride through the interior of Majorca you will arrive in Costitx. A picturesque, quiet village in the interior of Majorca. Here you will be welcomed by Marjo with delicious tapas/snacks made from local produce. Of course you can drink a glass of wine from a Majorcan wine grower. Enjoy stunning views and learn a bit about Majorcan history and culture.

Then we go to the observatory of Majorca a very nice 45 minute walk. The observatory is an important scientific institute that mainly investigates supernovae ( bright shining ‘new’ stars). Here you will get an extensive tour done by the enthusiastic and committed employees. You will also get to see a fascinating videoshow and if you’re lucky and it’s a clear night you can admire the planets or the moon through a telescope. Around ten o’clock we will drive back to your accommodation. A very special evening!

Your adventure awaits!
