Discover the amazing culture, history and ancient attractions that Peru has to offer on this 15-day car tour. You’ll visit all the major cities and landmarks ranging from Lima all the way to Cusco!

Days one and two will bring you to the city of Lima. On the first day, you’ll be picked up from the International Airport of Jorge Chavez and brought to your hotel where you will receive a quick briefing of the trip. The second day will bring you on a tour of the city. Along the way, you’ll see the historic center, the main square, the cathedral, the governmental palace, the archbishop palaces, city hall and much more.

Day three will start with an early morning trip to the city of Pisco. You’ll enjoy a marine tour of the Ballestas Islands where you can see wildlife species such as sea lions, penguins, gulls and much more. You’ll continue on to the city of Nazca where you’ll spend the night.

Day four will consist of an amazing flight and a tour of the city. You’ll wake up early and head to the Nazca airport for an great flight over the city. Along the way, you’ll see many species of birds and the beautiful desert. Later in the day, you’ll visit a pre-Inca cemetery called Chauchilla, an amazing hydraulic work of ancient civilizations and the fascinating desert.

The fifth day of this tour will bring you to the city of Arequipa where you will visit the main square, the cathedral, the De la compania de Jesus church, the ancient temple of Jesuit, the Spanish baroque, and the convent of Saint Catalina.

Day six will bring you to the Colca Valley and Colca Canyon. The Colca Canyon is one of the deepest canyons in the world at 3,400m. Along the way, you’ll see amazing natural attractions such as the Aguada Blanca National Reserve where you can visit a habitat of alpacas and vicunas.

Day seven will bring you to the Cruz Del Condor where you’ll view the Colca Canyon. Later in the day, you will be brought to the towns of Yangue, Coparane, Achoma and Maca. While visiting these towns, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the history and culture of the locals.

Days eight and nine will bring you to the amazing areas of Puno, Uros Island and Sillustani. During these days, you’ll enjoy a great motorboat excursion around Lake Titicaca, an introduction to the people known as the water tribe and an exploration of the burial chambers of Chullpas Sillustani.

The tenth day of this tour will bring you to the amazing city of Cusco. While on your journey to the city, you’ll have the chance to travel through the High Plateau of Collao and see areas such as Andahuaylas, Raqchi, Sichuan, La Raya and Pucara.

Day eleven will introduce you to all that the city of Cusco has to offer. You’ll visit attractions such as the main square, the cathedral, the Temple of the Sun, the Archaeological Park of Sacsayhuaman, the Temple of Kenko and the Puca Pucara military fort.

Day twelve will bring you to many interesting areas including the Sacred Valley, Pisac and Ollantaytambo. During your visits, you will see an Indian Market, travel through hidden city alleyways and explore one of the most amazing citadels in the country.

Start day thirteen off with a train ride to the incredible Machu Picchu. Once there, you can admire the Inca architecture, the lush vegetation and the citadel. Other attractions you will visit will include the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the sacred Sun Dial, the Royal Quarters and the Temple of the Three Windows.

Days fourteen and fifteen will bring you back to the city of Lima where you’ll end your amazing adventure. Along the way, you’ll see wonderful attractions such as Machu Picchu (again) and the town of Aguas Calientes.
