Trip Info

Explore the Red Sea on this scuba diving safari, perfect for those beginners who are wary to spend a week onboard a diving boat. Over four days, you will have the opportunity to experience wreck diving and reef diving. See the most impressive wrecks in the Northern Red Sea, as well as stunning reefs. This includes top spots such as Ras Mohamed, Dunraven and Thistlegorm.

In the early evening of the first day, you will be transferred to Travco Harbour and board your new home. Enjoy an evening of becoming acquainted with the boat, crew, your cabin and shipmates.

The next morning, we will have a check dive before heading to Jackfish Alley for our second dive. Here, you can enter easily into small caves. Have your third dive at the Alternatives, a chain of seven pinnacles with numerous sand patches and resident leopard sharks.

Early in the morning, we sail to the wreck of the Thistlegorm, the most famous of the Red Sea wrecks. You will have at least two dives today with the first one being a complete overview and the second a penetrating one. We will then head to a small passage where two channels cut the reef system of Sha’ab Mahmoud and connect the sheltered lagoon to the open sea. If you wish, a night dive inside the lagoon is possible.

On our last day of the tour, we will explore the historical wreck of the Dunraven, which sank in April 1876. Have fun as you continue to dive at Shark and Yolanda Reef, the southernmost tip of the Sinai Peninsula. Our last dive will be your choice at Ras Zatar, Ras Ghazlani or Ras Um Sid.

We will return to Travco Harbour at the end of the day.

Your adventure awaits!
