This yoga retreat promises to be a fun learning experience, not only for improvement in health but also for your mind, You will find all classes are designed to be optimized to your ability and comfort.
The mornings begin with a two-hour session of meditation and Restorative, Hatha or the more active Vinyasa-Ashtanga Yoga, based on your comfort level. We will have a delicious healthy breakfast of homemade granola, oatmeal, fruit, nut butters, homemade bread, yogi tea and coffee. Eggs or pancakes will be offered most weekends.
After breakfast, you will have 3.5 hours of free time. You are welcome to indulge in reading, journaling, biking, walking, hiking, a massage and/or fun lake activities.
At 2:00 p.m., you will have a mid-day meal. If you wish, you can have a picnic lunch arranged.
After lunch, enjoy time for self study by booking a massage or enjoying the great outdoors with lake tours or renting a canoe or kayak.
Beginning at 5:30 p.m., there will be a 1.5 hour session of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. A vegetarian dinner and dessert will be served at 7:00 p.m.
From 8:00 to 10:30 p.m., spend time relaxing with new friends or enjoy the center’s sauna and Jacuzzi.
