The weekend is about taking some time for you. On this healing retreat, you will be exploring who you really are and connecting with this person on a journey to self-discovery.

We practice relaxation, meditation and love, both for others and ourselves. Also included in the weekend is a step-by-step personal transformation program that will have you step into your greatness. There are a variety of techniques that are utilized throughout the weekend. Mindfulness, NLP, EFT and meditation are all woven into the program.

This two-day retreat experience includes two nights onsite a luxurious resort style accommodation, daily yoga, daily meditation, mindfulness practices, personal transformation program of Live a Life You Love and healthy and delicious breakfast, lunches and snacks.

The Personal Transformation program comprise of two afternoons spent following a step-by-step proven system in getting the desired results in life. It guides you, as you take a look at the gap between where you are now and where you wish to be. Stepping into your greatness in any area of your life that you choose.

With Mindfulness Practices, through a variety of techniques, you will explore the world of mindfulness. Mindfulness, reduces stress, increases awareness, focus and concentration and improves performance. It is also proven effective in enhancing creativity, well-being and communication.

You will find yoga reduces stress and anxiety, creating inner peace, calm and presence, flexibility, managing pain and improving breathing.
