Trip Info

This tour allows you to experience the best of what Morocco has to offer. From the busy and thriving cities of Casablanca to Rabat, old traditions blend with modern innovation and the latest trends. In Moulay Idriss, Meknes and Fes we will be stepping back in time, appreciating beautiful and timeless Islamic architecture and the ancient skills of craftspeople that have been passed down through generations. To the south, dense forests transform into desert plain as we make our way to the Sahara where the camel’s walking rhythm on the dunes will make you lose yourself in quiet thought. The High Atlas Mountains offer a change of scenery where a glimpse can be gained into local, everyday Berber life. Get some salty sea air in Essaouira as you enjoy a freshly caught seafood meal in the ancient seaside port. The tour concludes in Marrakech where the Medina’s winding souks will make you lose all sense of time.

Experience a family homestay in Moulay Idriss that provides a Husband and Wife with independence through self-employment and income in order to buy school supplies for their children and everyday essential needs. You will also be able to experience genuine tea ceremonies to support poor families through providing basic needs such as clothes, school needs and food. We will also focus on supporting women cooperatives such as the ‘The Todgha Weaving Cooperative’ and ‘The Argan Oil Cooperative’ in Essaouira. These cooperatives ensure that Moroccan women’s skills are developed and nurtured while also providing them with financial assistance. This tour allows you to give something back that will last a lot longer than your stay.
