Experience rock climbing in Rio on an exciting and fun-filled adventure. Visit some of the most popular climbing spots in Brazil, the Morro da Urca (Urca Hill) and Pao de Acucar (Sugar Loaf) mountain. Both are in the city and easily accessible by car. You’ll first climb Morro da Urca, standing 220 meters altitude and offering many different levels of routes, ranging from level 5.4 to 5.8. Pao de Acucar stands at 396 meters of altitude and also has many routes, ranging from level 5.4 to 5.10a. Tours are open to beginners and those with experience, although Pao de Acucar may be difficult for a first time climber.
