Trip Info

Enjoy a day tour from Manaus to the region known as the Meeting of Waters of the Rio Negro and the Rio Solimoes on this multi activity trip. You can expect to hike through the jungle at Janauari Ecological Park, visit an Indigenous tribe and swim with pink river dolphins.

Your guide will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to the port for a boat tour to Janauari Ecological Park, passing the meeting of the two waters. Enjoy a jungle hike with observation of huge Samauma trees, giant water lilies and alligators. You will even have a chance to visit the native family of the Anaconda Snake.

After a lunch of traditional and local cuisine, we will have another boat tour of the Negro River. Experience a unique opportunity to swim with pink river dolphins near the Anavilhanas Archipelago, the second largest sweet water archipelago in the world with over 400 islands. We will visit the Indigenous community of the Dessana tribe at Tupe beach and be given a presentation of tribal dances.

Late afternoon, we will return to Manaus.
