Yiota is a tourism & hospitality professional and a Rhodes resident. She loves cooking and caring for her guests at her home which is, literally, 10 meters away from the beach. Her balcony has an amazing view, overlooking the sea.

Here’s how we’ll spend the day and what we’ll do together:

1. Traditional cooking and eating
Guests usually visit Rhodes for the sea and sun, but this is their opportunity to sample the local cuisine. They will join Yiota at a family meal, at her beach house overlooking the sea, where they will take active part in the preparation of traditional local dishes like mousaka and dolmades, based on local recipes and ingredients.

2. Sweets and chit-chat
Guests will also learn how to prepare traditional sweets like “diples” and “pasteli”. All guests will be invited to consume those delightful dishes, while enjoying the sea view over refreshing chit-chat.
