Trip Info

Looking for an adventure of a lifetime? Experience an adrenaline rush on the best whitewater rafting in Ecuador. You can ensure to have a safe and exciting day of fun on a clean river with experienced and licensed guides. The rivers that flow down the Ecuadorian Andes are some of the most exciting rafting rivers in the world. We will be concentrating on the River Napo, known locally as the Jatunyacu River. This rafting tour is perfect for both beginners and experts as there are rapids, landscapes and the Ecuadorian jungle to enjoy.

You can meet your guide at our headquarters or can arrange to be picked up from your accommodation. We will travel to the LLanganates National Park on a 45-minute ride. Upon our arrival at Cando, our Kichwa community in the jungle, you will receive a safety briefing and instruction. We will have a demonstration on paddling techniques needed on the banks of the river.

We then set off and will soon come to Pimpilala, one of the biggest adrenaline rushes of the trip. We splash through waves of white-water, exploring jungle canyons and taking a dip in the refreshing waters of the river along the way. We will stop at a beach by the river for a delicious picnic lunch.

At the end of the trip, our driver will be waiting at the riverbank with dry clothes and cold beer! A 10-minute drive brings us back to Tena.
