Learn how to make two of the most delicious Italian dishes: pizza and ‘bomboloni.’ Meet our chef, learn the techniques and bring home the recipes to impress your family and friends. This class takes place in the heart of Florence.

The chef will start the class by briefly introducing the history of these wonderful Italian creations. Then you will be introduced to the secrets of the preparation of delicious bomboloni. These traditional pastries are similar to doughnuts, but they are filled with a rich vanilla or chocolate cream. Our chef will teach you how to prepare the perfect yeast dough, delicately flavoured with lemon peel. You will cut the dough into disks and leave it aside to rise for about an hour.

In the meantime, you will learn how to make original Italian pizza step by step. You will be taught the tricks for tender, flexible yeast dough as well as a tasteful, yet light, tomato sauce. Our chef will show you the right way to stretch the dough and you will have the chance to do it yourself. You will make your very own pizza: you will stretch it, sauce it and finally bake it. The result will surely be the best pizza you have ever tasted!

Once the pizza is done, you can finally complete the last steps to finish your bomboloni. Once the disks that you have put aside earlier have risen into balls, you will be taught how to fry them in oil, coat them with sugar and fill them with a rich cream.

Now you can finally admire your own creations and, above all, eat them! You will soon realize how easily you can make these delicious dishes on your own. At the end of the class, you will also get a graduation certificate.
