    Meet at the Co-op parking lot in Innisfail, close to the Tim Hortons at 6:45 to fill out waivers, get food, etc. The guide leaves at 7:00 am. If people would like to carpool with the guide, he/she charges $25 per person. If you would like to carpool with others, please be considerate and help cover costs.

    Included: Guided hike, interpretation, client care. Taxes included.

  • Notes

    Not Included: Meals, transportation, gratuities. Required: Camera (Phone, Point-and-shoot, DSLR + accessories), a day pack, lunch and snacks, 1-2 litres of water, ID and wallet, rain jacket with hood and rain pants, down jacket or fleece warm layer, warm hat/toque, gloves/mitts, personal first aid/medications/blister kit, sunscreen, sunglasses, and lip balm (with SPF). Recommended: Tripod, white diffusing board, 1 or 2 hiking poles, hat with brim, small foam pad (for sitting at breaks), bug repellent, gaiters, umbrella or poncho, camera.

This trip will be amazing!  Travel to a local hiking location close to Red Deer that offers stunning views, offering opportunities for landscape photography as well as close up photographs of flowers and water.  We’ll get pictures of Bighorn Falls and the canyon, then travel higher to take in the awesome lanscape photo opportunities and flowers along the way.  An opportunity you don’t want to miss.
