Thalia has had extensive studies in Psychology and Modern Dancing and has been a professional dancing teacher in many foreign colleges and dance schools in Athens. She has also been offering private tutoring sessions on pilates and stretching, in Athens and Paros, addressed both to foreign and Greek customers.

Here’s how we’ll spend the day and what we’ll do together.

1. Pilates session in the open
The visitors will start off with a comprehensive Pilates session, aimed at invigorating the whole body in a natural and harmless manner. This will take place at a carefully selected part of Paros Island which is suitable for the job, depending on the time of the year and the local weather conditions.

2. Swimming in a secluded beach
The whole group will then head for a secluded idyllic beach on the island, that is most preferably known to the locals and is ideal for its picturesque surroundings and crystal clear water. They will take advantage of a unique opportunity for relaxation, swimming and joy.

Group size is three persons minimum and four persons maximum.
