Trip Info

Located near the village of Tanaghmeilt, you will find one of the most spectacular sights in Morocco: the Cascades of Ouzoud. You will marvel at the majestic succession of cascades and the permanent rainbow created by the mist that is thrown up in the air as the water falls.

For this tour, we will depart early in the morning for the Demnate olive groves. Along the way, we will pass by the natural stone bridge of Imi Nifri and wander along the lush green scenery of lively valleys. We will also visit a traditional old mill and have lunch near the waterfalls.

You will have some free time during this tour to take some superb photographs that you will always treasure. We look forward to guiding you!

Rachid is an experienced mountain guide through the mountains of Morocco, safely guiding many tours and showing the majesty of the mountains. He organizes trekking trips within Morocco’s High Atlas Mountains emphasizing a community-friendly approach. His trekking options include Mount Toubkal ascent, walking the High Atlas valleys, and treks through Berber villages revealing the breathtaking quiet beauty of adjacent valleys. Our activities rely on the knowledge, strong limbs and hospitality of the Berber people, who work as local guides, muleteers and accommodation providers. We believe they are the people who can tell the most about their culture, traditions and way of life to make the whole trekking experience unique and authentic. As an organizer of community-friendly trekking, Rachid creates job opportunities for the locals and raises money for community projects.
