Our day begins with a private pick-up at your hotel. From there, we head across the Anta plain. During our journey, we will take the time to stop at a few lookout points to take photos and simply take in the breathtaking view of the landscape, including the snow-capped Urubamba mountain range, rolling wheat fields and wild agave plants.
The first attraction on our itinerary is the quaint town of Chinchero, whose inhabitants are direct descendents of the Incas. Renowned especially for their skill and knowledge of Andean weaving, this is a community steeped in tradition. Afterwards, we carry on towards Moray, believed to be a field “laboratory” where the Incas experimented with their cultivated crops, and the Maras salt mines, which date back to Pre-Columbian times. The tour concludes with our journey back to Cusco, where I will drop you back off at your hotel.
