Trip Info

Join your culture and nature guide Juan on a Eco-Nature Tour of Ecuador’s Mindo Cloud Forest.

“Mindo – Nambillo” is an ecological reserve, with approximately 22,000 hectares of primary forest covering most of its surface. Set in the western Andean slopes of Ecuador, Mindo is the well known home to over 450 species of birds, many of which are endangered. Birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts alike travel from near and far to catch sight of the diverse range of birds, butterflies, mammals, reptiles and amphibians that make their home in the tropical paradise.

Your experienced and knowledgeable guide Juan will lead you on this tour where you will discover this biologically diverse eco-region, containing a natural complex of about 15 waterfalls, each one of them with a different height and beauty.
