Trip Info

Take a 3 hours walking tour of the Medieval Town of Lucca following your expert local tour guide.Tour will take you along the city walls to enjoy the panoramic view of town and take a few photos of the mountains surrounding the plain of Lucca city centre. The guided walk will get you throught the antique shops street, with art galleries and the Via Fillungo with the modern shops. Lucca is well known to be the city of the 100 churches.. so you can get the chance to see the most important religious squares of Lucca including the Cathedral of S. Martino, the church of S. Michele and S. Frediano. You can’t miss the ruins of the old amphitheatre of Lucca, now transformed into a picturesque oval square. Also would be interesting to follow the medieval path of pilgrims that where walking in to the walls of Lucca since the XIth century according to the legend of the Volto Santo. I would be pleased to answer any of your questions and help you with travel tips or suggestions.
