Trip Info

Explore Morocco and learn about the Berber culture and traditions on a 4WD tour from Marrakech to the Zagora desert.

Travel over the stunning High Atlas Mountains through Tizi n’Tichka. Along the sides of the mountain, you’ll discover traditional Berber farms and villages. Once you arrive at Hollywood of Morocco, or Ouarzazate, you’ll stop for lunch and visit the Taourirt Kasbah. Continue south over the Tizi-n-Tnifift pass until you arrive at Agdz and drive near by Dra’a Valley, rich with palm plantations and amazing panoramic views.

Once you arrive in Zagora, your camel will be waiting to take you on a scenic trip through the desert before you settle into a nomadic tent for the night.

Wake before sunrise and enjoy the fantastic views before embarking on another camel trek. Have breakfast and a shower before heading back to Marrakech. On your way back, stop at Berber shops to look at fossils, carpets, lamps, leather and more.
