Trip Info

For an adventure few have experienced, this trek will be very memorable! The Nepal government recently opened this area to hiking enthusiasts so the natural beauty of much of the region is untouched. This is a challenging trek with the full camping experience over 18 days.

You will be in awe of the spectacular views along the border of Nepal and Tibet. A large portion of this region is restricted and only special permit holders are allowed. This will make the trip even more special and mysterious.

The first few days will prepare you for the trip with paperwork and travel to Sotikhola. After the first two days of trekking, you will enter the restricted area at Dang. The trek continues for a few days before having one entire day for acclimatization. You will reach the highest access at Larke La Pass. Up to this point, the scenery will be more than you can imagine but nothing can compare to the view as you reach this spot.

The circuit continues for the next two days as you leave the restricted area. A full day trekking brings you to Shange from where you will be transported back to Kathmandu.

Relax that last evening reminiscing about your trip as you are treated to a farewell dinner and Nepal entertainment.
