Trip Info

The Owyhee River is a small spring run-off river winding through a remote desert canyon that features the most beautiful and varied terrain in the Canyonlands. See the spectacular Chaulk Basin and Iron Point Gorge while rafting through Class III-IV white water, hot springs, pioneer history, and petroglyph sites. You’ll be outfitted with oar rafts, paddle rafts, and inflatable kayaks. This section of the Owyhee has been protected as a National Wild & Scenic River since 1984.
