Trip Info

Lobuche Peak lies close to Khumbu Glacier in the Everest Region and offers an attractive climb summit. This trekking tour will challenge you and reward you at the same time.

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, your guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. In the morning, we will have a tour around Kathmandu to see historic, religious and architectural places. In the evening, your guide will check the trekking equipment that you have. You can also buy equipment in Kathmandu for convenience.

Early in the morning, enjoy a mountain flight to Lukla. Lukla is a small city in the lap of the High Mountain. It is point of our trek. We trek towards Phakding. On the way we can see Mount Nupla and Kusum Kangru with an overnight stay in Phakding.

The next day will see us cross Sherpa villages and forests of rhododendron and magnolia trees to reach Namche. It is a beautiful village and we can see beautiful views from here. Overnight stay in Namche. We spend another day in Namche and have an acclimatization day as we tour Syangboche, Khumjung and Khude. Here, you can see close views of Mount Everest and you can also observe the culture of Sherpa people.

In the morning, we trek towards Tengboche, the best place of the world that provides the most magnificent view of the Himalayan giants of Kwangde, Twachee, Amadablam, Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Kangtega and Thamserku. In Tengboche, we can also visit a Buddhist monastery, which is the largest monastery of Khumbu.

On day seven, we travel through Imjasta River and forests of rhododendron to pass through villages and Mani walls. The views are great from Dingboche as you can see Island Peak, Makalu and another face Amadablam. Dingboche is the beautiful village where you can see crops of barley, buckwheat and potato. Enjoy an overnight stay.

The next day is an acclimatization day. We will hike to Nangakarshang Gompa from where we can see the view of Mount Makalu.

In the morning, we pass through High Alpine region. On the way we have to pass through Pheriche, which offers the beautiful view of mountains. On the way we can also see monuments of climbers, who gave their life while trekking around in this region.

On day 10, our trail goes to Everest Base Camp. The trail offers beautiful mountains view of Mount Nuptse, Mount Pumari and Mount Everest. Our trail continuously goes through snowy mountains. After reaching base camp, we trail back towards Gorakshep for an overnight stay.

In the morning, we trek towards Kalapathar for a panoramic view of Mount Everest, which is very beautiful to see. You can take pictures of beautiful scenery. Then we walk towards Lobuche for an overnight stay.

Today, we walk along the bank Lobuche Glacier and on the way we see panoramic view of Ama Dablam, Cholatse, Pokhalde and Thamserku. We will have an overnight stay in Lobuche Base Camp.

We proceed to High Camp. On day 14, our trail heads from High Camp to the summit. From here, you will have breathtaking views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Pumari and Tawache. Spend 2 nights and an extra day on the summit.

In the morning of day 16, we head downward towards Pheriche for an overnight stay. The next day, we walk towards the Tengboche and stay overnight there.

In the morning, we will trek to Monjo while enjoying the downhill walks. It is quite a long walk and after passing Namche Bazaar, we reach Monjo and stay overnight.

Today marks our final and last walk at the mountain. We will prepare for the flight to Kathmandu. We spend our night celebrating with Sherpa friends and their culture.

We leave Lukla and fly to Kathmandu. Spend the night at your hotel. The next day is our rest day in Kathmandu. You can walk around Thamel in the early evening. It is the main tourist attraction where you can have various options to buy.

Today will be the final departure to your home. Our staff will be at hotel to help you to the airport and give you Khada, for good luck.
