Visit the Lake Ontario Winery and get to taste some of the finest wines in the area. Almost all of their classic wines are fermented in steel, so only varietal flavours are enjoyed without the oaky palate. They also have their Lake ridge reserve, which is wine making fermented in a more conventional way, plus discover their “hidden treasure” by entering their pirates lagoon. Prepare to see how fine wines are prepared from a variety of grapes, and learn more about the fermenting process.
