Discover and explore the vast landscapes of South Africa on this fantastic wildlife safari. This 8-day excursion will bring you to many attractions including the Panoramic Route, the Big Swing, the Kruger National Park and much more.

Day one will start in the early morning hours with a pick up from the Tambo International Airport. You’ll travel through Mpumalanga, which is home to amazing wildlife and landscapes. You can stop for a short breakfast before heading to the lodge in the Blyde River Canyon. After lunch, you will end your day by exploring the Bourke’s Luck Potholes, which are a natural geological formation.

Day two will consist of visiting the Tufa Waterfalls and the five types of South African Veld, which are the Sour Montane Grasslands, the Subtropical Rainforest, the Riparian Forest, the Sour BushVeld and the Mixed BushVeld. While visiting the velds, you’ll witness many waterfalls and “God’s Window”. After lunch, we will make our way to the Kruger National Park where you will enjoy a open vehicle game drive at night.

Day three will introduce you to Africa’s Big Five. You’ll see lions, elephants, hippos, rhinos and buffalo in their natural habitats. Other animals, you might see include cheetahs and hyenas.

On day four, you’ll travel across Crocodile Bridge on your journey to Mozambique. After a quick lunch, you will make your way to Xai-Xai, which holds some of the most beautiful beaches and views in the world. You will have the opportunity to book many activities for the next day.

Days five and six will be days of rest and leisure. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in snorkeling, fishing, scuba diving, jet skiing and whale watching. You can also relax on the beach where you can witness the amazing reefs and the Indian Ocean.

Day seven will bring you to the amazing Komatipoort. You will see many amazing animals and landscapes on your drive before reaching your destination. Once in Komatipoort, you’ll spend this day relaxing by the pool and trying various types of South African cuisines.

Day eight will bring you to the end of your adventure. You will enjoy one last excursion through the low-veld highlands of Mpumalanga before heading back to the airport.
