Built in 691 CE, it is one of the oldest buildings of Islamic architecture, as well as one of Jerusalem’s most recognizable heritage sites.
Also located in the Old City of Jerusalem is The Western Wall, also known as the Wailing Wall, or Kotel. We will visit the Western Wall, which has been a site for Jewish pilgrimage and prayer for centuries. Our tour then continues along the Via Dolorosa to the place of crucifixion, not far from the Western Wall.
The next stop on our tour is Bethlehem, located approximately 10km from Jerusalem.
