We will then take a walk along the main historical street of the city, Stefan cel Mare. You will also learn about two of the most imposing religious symbols of Iasi, Three Hierarchs Church and the Metropolitan Cathedral.

We will see an important place of the city’s history, the Union Square, where the Romanian Union in 1859 was first celebrated. Next, we visit the Union Museum. Afterwards, we will have a traditional lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, we will climb the tower of the Golia Monasteryur for a beautiful view over the whole city. A visit to the first university in Romania at Copou Hill and the Botanical Garden will complete your day in the cultural capital of Moldavia.
