Trip Info
Isfahan is one of the centers of genuine Persian architecture. Some of the historical sites of Safavid era include Chehel Sotoon Palace, Naghshe Jahan Square, Alighapo Palace, Jame Abbasi Mosque and a masterpiece of Iranian architecture, Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque.
We will explore various parts of the city as you learn about the local history, culture, traditions and heritage. The Armenian Quarter of Isfahan include the Vank Cathedral and Jolfa Square. You will also see the Jewish Quarter and a very historical Atique Jame Mosque.
A walking tour in Isfahan will lead to old bridges especially Khojou Siose Pol bridges. There is the Historical Quarter with an old public bathhouse. A wonderful attraction is shaking minarets and an old fire temple.
Isfahan is a city of handicrafts with more than 100 different kinds. There are workshops of weaving carpets and so many other things to visit and do in this amazing land.
