Trip Info

This is an easy and safe walking tour that will allow you to explore the ancient and modern culture in Athens. You will see some of the most known cultural sites and come to understand how the city has emerged in modern times with how locals interact with their past.

We will meet at Syntagma Square, in front of the fountain and start our walk around this amazing city. Wander through streets that have a rich history to be able to reconstruct the past into the present with this interactive tour. This will allow you to walk along the city through the eyes of a local guide, see all the hotspots of Athens through hidden routes and learn about past and present of Athens. Walk along the city in the steps of philosophers, conquerors, rebels and ordinary people, through the modern and ancient city routes.

We will be having a Greek sweet in a hidden cafe where we can have a stop and enjoy refreshment and interact with local people as we support the efforts of small local shops, cafes and workshops and the collectives who promote culture and value to the city.

Your guide will be more than happy to give you the insider tips you for you to discover your own Athens as the city has many stories to tell.
