Here’s how we’ll spend the day and what we’ll do together:

1. Cretan cuisine
The visitors will have the opportunity to practice and experience Cretan cuisine, paying special attention to exquisite delis and recipes that make Cretan food so unique. They also collect herbs from the local mountains and get to know the herbs’ names and uses. All these will take place in a mountainous town that offers a breathtaking view towards the Agia Pelagia bay.

2. Cretan dancing
The visitors will learn the basics of cretan dancing, which Georgia is a keen practitioner of, and find out first hand how the dancing elements of bravery and skill have impregnated cretan culture.
