Trip Info

The Helambu Trek is a 12-day excursion north of Kathmandu. The area is inhabited Sherpas, however they differ in custom, language and dress from the Sherpas of the Solu Khumbu.

This particular trek itinerary commences at Sundarijal in the Kathmandu Valley. It offers a scenic loop through villages of varied ethnic groups with some great mountain views along the way. You’ll trek through a surprising amount of old growth forest where a lot of ancient rhododendron trees line the trail.

Your trek accommodations include overnight stays in your tent and meals provided by your guide and support team. All flights, pick-ups, transfers and entrance fees are included as well.
