Trip Info

Learn first-hand about the local culture, heritage, history, traditions and people on this two-day travel tour from Hanoi to Sa Pa. Your journey begins in the evening as your guide will meet you at your accommodations and transfer you to the railway tradition. You will ride the night train to Lao Cai in an air-conditioned soft sleeper car.

Upon your arrival, you will be meet by your local tour guide and drive to Sa Pa. Along the way, enjoy the magnificent landscape and learn about the local culture. After breakfast and check-in at the hotel, we drive to Vietnam’s highest pass at Tram Ton Pass at 2,047 meters. We will trek through the Hoang Lien National Park and see various flora and fauna. We will arrive at Love Waterfall for some relaxation time before returning to Sa Pa. After lunch, we explore Muong Hoa Valley to see the largest terraced ride paddy in the region. You will have the opportunity to learn about various cultures and traditions of the Black H’mong minority and the Zay minority as we visit local villages. We will drive to Sa Pa for an overnight stay.

In the morning, we enjoy a trekking tour to Suoi Ho village to visit tea plantations and cardamom gardens. We will also visit more villages and a school before stopping for a picnic lunch. Enjoy a visit to Ta Phin village to get t know the Red Dao people and see their handicrafts before your driver will pick you up to return to the railway station for an overnight train ride back to Ha Noi.
