Trip Info

The best way to start a trip to BUDAPEST is a guided tour. During the 4 hours of the tour you will know the most important monuments of the city.

The bridges
To discover the main points of interest on the two banks of the DANUBE, we are going to cross three of the most historical bridges: LAS CADENAS, SANTA MARGARITA and ISABEL.

The Castle District
Arriving at the BARRIO DEL CASTILLO in the MONTE DEL CASTILLO we stop to visit the BASTIÓN DE LOS PESCADORES and the CHURCH OF MATÍAS (DE NUESTRA SEÑORA DE LA ANUNCIACIÓN).

The Freedom Monument
Continuing the visit, we climb to the top of MONTE DE SAN GERARDO where the MONUMENT OF LIBERTY and the CITADEL are located. From this point we can admire the most spectacular and wide panoramic views, and take the best photos of this great city.

Heroes’ Square
Again, on the shore of PEST we pass through the CENTRAL MARKET, and the BRIDGE OF FRANCISCO JOSÉ. Continuing in the SMALL BOULEVARD you can see the GRAND SYNAGOGUE (the largest in Europe) and by ANDRÁSSY AVENUE we arrive at the PLAZA DE LOS HEROES in the PARK OF THE CITY. In the park there is the ZOO PARK, the SZÉCHENYI BATH, the VAJDAHUNYAD CASTLE, the MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS (with a very rich collection of works by Spanish painters) and the ART GALLERY.

We get off the vehicle to go around the square and we will get to know the MILLENNIUM MONUMENT with the figures of the most important kings in the history of HUNGARY. And of course, here we will also have a few minutes to take photos.

Cathedral
Returning along ANDRÁSSY AVENUE, we will admire its palaces and we will pass by the THEATER OF THE OPERA and the CATHEDRAL (BASILICA) OF SAN ESTEBAN.

We will finish the visit in the center, by the area of the famous pedestrian street, CALLE VÁCI
