Trip Info

Canyoning (also known as Canyoneering) a multi-adventure sport combining slogging, wading, swimming, boulder hopping, scrambling, rappelling, and downclimbing!

Experience rappels up to 170 ft; hidden pools; and spectacular, water-sculpted slot canyons.

Each obstacle requires an appropriate technique and equipment. Learn essential skills like rappelling and down-climbing; harness and rope management; basic knots and unique canyoning techniques such as body bridging, stemming, and smearing.

Control your own adventure descent by rappelling or be lowered by a guide, if you’d prefer.

For your comfort and well-being, we’d recommend that you bring: 2-3 quarts of water, snacks/energy bars, sunscreen, insect repellent, hat, sneakers and seasonally appropriate athletic wear (example: wind-breaker, or heavier coat in colder weather).
