Come and discover the best place in Sicily: it’s the sky! Me and my team (the team is composed of only professional pilots with more than 10 years experience) will be happy to share our sky with you.
Why go flying with a paraglide? First because it is the safest flying object: as it has a soft structure it cannot stall or have accidental asset problems like every other flying machines. As it is very slow you will not have the sensation of “falling” like sometimes happens on an airplane when you fly through a turbulence… Paragliding flies slowly between the turbulences, cradled by them. As you will not have your feet supported by anything, you will not have the sensation of vertigo: vertigo happens when you are leaning from a balcony (for example): your feet transmit to your brain the “security height” and your eyes focus on a farther point – your brain, as it tries to reconcile these differences of references, tries to save yourself from an accidental fall by giving you the “scary vertigo” sensation. When you fly by paraglide you will not have it because your brain will not receive any “signal” by your feet as they are free in the sky.
Paragliding flight speeds are at 35 km/h and land at about 8 km/h descending at 1 mt/sec (parachute descent at 5 mt/sec and 15 km/h). So, with a paraglide, you will land as soft as you come down from a step and you will touch the ground only after the pilot: that’s extremely safe for the passenger.
Emotional addiction: Free flight with paraglide means “having a walk in the sky” in the softest and most silent way: exactly as you dream it and you wouldn’t believe it! The landscapes we would enjoy are usually reserved to the birds: that point of view is extremely emotional for a human and you will never forget it ever because, when you free fly, you will be use some senses that you are not used to using. This will generate some sensations that we wouldn’t even know exist before!
No one in Sicily knows the meteo conditions better than our team… that’s why we are the safer air-tour in Sicily.
