Rhino Safaris

After having spent my early years of my professional career in the German car manufacturing industry, I received an offer to work in South Africa for 3 years at a plant outside Pretoria. The year was 1988 and the internet and google was still in its infancy. Despite enormous misgivings and numerous uncertainties I decided to leave my comfort zone in Germany and moved to South Africa. The rest is history, as they say. Not long after I’ve discovered the unsurpassed beauty and attraction of the African wilderness. Encouraged by an unforgettable experience in the middle of the Okavango Delta I embarked on a career as a field guide in 1999. By offering our clients unforgettable moments we inspire them to see their own existence in a different light. Unique encounters with nature will sharpen our client's senses and award them with the necessary knowledge to become African ambassadors. Our vision is to create awareness for endangered species and the human-wildlife conflict in Africa by generating well-informed clients.
