Trip Info

The Only Driver’s Florence Tour will start at the Piazalle Michaelangelo, a wonderful terrace overlooking the city of Florence and its river. Your driver/guide will drop you off in the pedestrian area of Via Roma. This strategic drop off point gives you the opportunity to be half way from the main cathedral and its religious complexes: Santa Maria del Fiore, Giotto’s Bell Tower, and the Baptistery and the square in which the city town hall, called Palazzo della Signoria is located. The tour continues by visiting the world famous Uffizi Gallery, the most ancient art museum in Europe.

After lunch, you will be picked up again and dropped a few steps from the Accademia Gallery, the Florentine museum that hosts the original statue of the David, sculpted by the great master Michelangelo in 1504. After exploring the Gallery, your driver/guide will pick you up again and drop you off in front of the Basilica di Santa Croce, one of the biggest Franciscans church in Italy.
