Trip Info

The Everest View Trekking tour is much less difficult than some of the more challenging routes in the area, and is ideal for travelers who may not be interested in the more physically demanding journeys available in the region. Following a trail that ventures up to the renowned Tengboche Monastery (3850m), visitors can fully enjoy the beauty of the Himalayas without needing extensive trekking experience or superb fitness levels.

Although this particular journey is relatively short compared to other established treks in the Everest region, it offers superb views of the world’s highest peaks, including Everest, Lhotse, Thamserku and Amadablam, among others. There is no shortage of spectacular vistas on this particular journey! Travelers will begin their trek at Lukla, following a brief, scenic flight from Kathmandu. Upon arrival, the trek will continue, passing through Namche Bazaar, Tyangboche (famous for its monastery and captivating mountain views) and Khumjung village, whose friendly and welcoming population of Sherpas gives visitors an intimate look at local culture.

With an excellent introduction to the Sherpa’s culture and homeland, combined with spectacular views of the Himalayas, trekkers will definitely not be disappointed. The area is especially popular for new trekkers who are experiencing Nepal for the first time and may wish to gain a more complete picture of the region before venturing onto other treks. This route is best suited for individuals who may not have the time or ability to undertake longer treks into the high mountains but still desire to explore the immaculate, pristine beauty of the Himalayas.

We look forward to guiding you!
