Trip Info

A flight from Kathmandu takes you to Lukla and the trek continues through the lush vegetation of Sagarmatha National Park, with pine forests, rhododendron flowers and an abundance of wildlife, to Namche Bazaar (3440m), which is well known as the colorful center of Sherpa life. In your Everest Panorama trek we witness holy Tangboche monastery below the distinctive peak of nearby Amadablam and Everest. View of Everest rising behind the Lothse, Nuptse wall. Additionally views of the Ama Dablam, Tawache, Thamserku, Lobuche, Island, Pumori, Nuptse, Lhotse, Khumbila, Kongde and other peaks.

We will encounter the original Hillary school, established by Sir Edmund Hillary in 1961, in the middle of Khumjung during Everest panorama Trek. Continuing on our way leads us to Gompa in Khumjung village from where we can view Ama Dablam, the rocky pyramid of Thamserku and crags of Khumbila. The Khunde village (3840 m) is famous for Khunde Chamkang, a Buddhist temple. Inside the temple is a statue of thousand-armed Avalokitesvara, the Tibetan god of compassion, who is represented on earth by the Dalai Lama. As a whole Everest Panorama trek grants us a tremendous view of world highest mountain, and the great idea of ethnic people and their life style, culture and many more fascinating landscapes. This will give us many memorable moments in life.
